The song has now led Hot Latin Songs, Latin Airplay, Latin Streaming Songs and Latin Digital Song Sales charts.
As Karol G and Nicki Minaj’s “Tusa” vaults 2-1 on the Latin Airplay chart (dated Feb. 15), Karol G collects her sixth leader and Nicki Minaj secures her first No. 1 (She debuted on the list in 2011 with “Super Bass”). Their first collaboration crowns the list with 16.6 million in audience impressions (up 9%) earned in the week ending Feb. 9, according to Nielsen Music/ MRC Data.
With its Latin Airplay coronation, “Tusa” concurrently is No. 1 the four main Latin songs charts: Hot Latin Songs, Latin Airplay and Latin Streaming Songs. Almost five months ago, the all-star team of Anuel AA, Daddy, Yankee, Karol G, Ozuna and J Balvin achieved the feat with “China,” as the song topped all four charts on the Sept. 21, 2019-dated surveys.
Only two songs led all four charts in the same week in 2019. The other was Daddy Yankee’s “Con Calma,” featuring Snow, which topped the May 25 and June 15 through June 29-dated lists.
On Hot Latin Songs, which blends airplay, streams and digital sales, “Tusa” remains steady at No. 1 for a third consecutive week — and a fourth overall — after previously debuting atop the chart on the Nov. 23-dated survey.
Meanwhile, it continues its Latin Streaming Songs domination as it holds at No. 1 in its sixth week regardless of a 5% dip: it registered 11.5 million U.S. clicks in the week ending Feb. 6; 600,000 less streams than the previous week. Over on the Latin Digital Song Sales chart, “Tusa” dips 2-6 with a 9% increase in downloads: 2,000 U.S. downloads sold in the current tracking week.
On the all-genre Billboard Hot 100, “Tusa” moves up the chart with a 51-42 jump.
